OSIXNINE is a rainbow-rockin' label brought together by young entrepreneur sisters; miss.osixnine (fashion student / graphics designer / rapper / dj) and Ze! (electro-pop singer / songwriter). What started as a hobby, selling items online and on blogsites, started getting a lot of orders & a number of regulars. They then decided on creating their first 5-piece t-shirt collection named 'kuzizumoo'. A private event was held on 22nd July 2006 at Bond, KL to preview the rainbow-rockin’ collection in front of 350 guests.

The date marks the birth of OSIXNINE. OSIXNINE opened a first showroom in SS15 late 2006 and after 6 months moved from this first location to a full-blown boutique officially on 06.9.2007. The immediate response was overwhelming – R.AGE by The Star newspaper were quick to be the first to cover the OSIXNINE story and both miss.osixnine and Ze! made the cover on 11th Sept 2007. With this collection, OSIXNINE made its debut in the UK - exhibiting at the Red Mutha Fashion Fair (Brighton, June 2008) and Londonedge Streetwear Fashion Tradeshow (London, Sept 2008). This was followed by fashion shows organized by Dangerdisko (Frangipani's) and Fashion Flirt (Urbanattic).

OSIXNINE's tagline, "Why blend in, when you can stand out?" reflects their rainbow-rockin' designs - colourful, rock-ish, attitude, glamorous, bold and funky. On top of their own designs, owners miss.osixnine & Ze! handpicks the items they have in their shop and tries their best to have the best quality items, minimize the quantity so that their customers wouldn't bump into anyone in the shopping mall wearing the exact same thing!
