How will you send me my item(s)?
We ship worldwide from Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Shipping options are available as
you checkout, according to the country you are purchasing from. All shipping
options are registered with Pos Malaysia - which means you will be given a
number where you will be able to track your item online at
www.pos.com.my
If I buy more than 1 item, can you send them together?
Yes, items purchased together will be shipped together and our shipping system
will calculate your shipping fee according to its total weight.
How long will it take before I get to wear my t shirt?
Depending on where you are, shipping could take as fast as 2 to 3 days (if you
are within Klang Valley, Malaysia) and between 1 to 3 weeks (if you are in
Europe, Australia, USA, Canada and other parts of the world). All posted items are registered and can be tracked online.
What colours are available?
Please choose colours and/or sizes that are listed available for the particular
item (colours in the pull-down menu are not all necessarily available). If in
the event where you have made an order, and the colour or size chosen is not in
our stock, we will email you to choose a different size or colour before sending
the item for shipping.
What happens if I have paid for an item you don't have?
Everytime we receive payment, we will first review it and check our stock. 2checkout will also run fraud checks on your credit card to confirm that there is no problem with the payment - this is done within 24 hours. All online payments are pending until we have confirmed shipping of the item you have purchased. Your items will be shipped within 48 hours or 2 business days.
We constantly update our stock. However, in the rare event where we do not have stock of the item you have purchased, we will then contact you immediately to ask if you would like to change to a different colour/size or item of the same price. If you do not wish to choose another item, we will make a full refund.

Our online shop automatically offers you PosLaju shipping (+10% handling charges), as this is the shipping method generally requested by our customers. However, if you would like to request for normal registered shipping, please view this info page to place your order.

What is your return policy?
1. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item(s), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Please state the item description, code with picture attached.
2. All tags must be attached. All items must not have been worn, or further damaged. Items with visible wear and tear will not be accepted.
3. Mis-shipped item(s) must not be damaged and in perfect condition.
4. Item(s) must be nicely packaged. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during shipping. We would recommend registered shipping with an online tracking system.
5. All sales are final. Item(s) may be exchangeable, but not refundable.
6. Promotional and/or Complimentary item(s) are not returnable.
7. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
8. We will not incur costs of shipping for the returned items.
9. All returned items must reach us within 30 days from date of purchase.
10. Exchange may be done once only. Credit must be used within 90 days from original date of purchase.
11. OSIXNINE reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above terms are not followed.
12. OSIXNINE also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 30 days, or 14 days if you are a local patron returning to the store.
13. This return policy is only valid for online purchases with OSIXNINE only. If you do not follow this policy, we will not be able to complete the return of your item(s).
